Posts are not included in our kits as they are not essential for installing your swing gate if your exterior already has pillars/posts.

The complete Tanker B250 piston swing gate operator kit is compatible for all swing gates made of iron, aluminium, PVC, wood. You can motorise your gate up to 300kg per wing for a length of up to 2.50m per wing.
The motorisation includes : - 2 motors with an electrical voltage of 24V / 60W - A control box - A central gate stop. This stop is to be used if you have an automatic mechanical stop. Indeed, when you motorise your swing gate you must ensure that the central stop does not hold your gate. It is your swing gate operator that will secure your entrance. - 2 fixing brackets for pillars allowing several opening angle configurations. - 2 fixing brackets to fix your operator to your swing gate. - 2 4-button remote controls with batteries included and protective flap. - 1 LED flashing lamp with a power of 3W (equivalent to a power of 30W for an old generation incandescent type bulb) with the following characteristics : - Operating voltage 12-265 VAC/DC - Loading capacity < 3 W - Flashing frequency 1 HZ - Operating temperature -20°C ~ +60°C - IP level IP54 - 1 pair of infra-red photocells with the following characteristics : - transmitter' photocell - Receiver' photocell - Material ABS black - Infrared with anti-glare 50 000LUX - A set of screws to fix your motorisation to your posts, the control box and the shoe.
Accessories not included with the B250 motorisation:
Screws to fix the motorisation to the gate. These screws must be adapted to each type of gate and depend on the thickness of your gate. For Casanoov swing gates, we advise you to fix your motorisation arms with Rivkle type blind rivets between 8 and 12mm long. The fixing bracket should be positioned on the reinforced blades provided for this purpose on all our swing gates and wicket gates.
Features of the B250 Tanker motorisation:
- Opening inwards and outwards. - Opening angle between 90° and 110°. - The opening angle depends on your installation constraints (You will find all the installation instructions in the free downloadable instructions on the product page). - Manual disengagement of the motorization in case of power failure. - Length of the retracted product 80cm. - Length of open product 105cm. The working length of the arm is 300mm. - The internal rotation speed is 300 revolutions per minute, which is 50% faster than the B150 model! - Arm opening speed up to 2.5cm / second or about 16 seconds. - The opening performance can be varied by using the soft open and soft close mode. - The opening and closing speed as well as the drive power can be adjusted to 20 different positions. - After opening, the gate can close automatically according to your chosen time interval between 0 and 99 seconds. - You can choose to open every other gate leaf = pedestrian mode. - Rain protection class IP 55 - The weight of both engines is about 17kg. - Operating temperature : -20° à +50° - Thrust force 1090N and maximum force 1110N. Electrical connection power between your house and the motor: 20VAC±10%/110VAC±10%. - Auto stop function: when your gate encounters an obstacle the opening or closing of the gate is automatically interrupted.
